Items marked as final sale, custom products, or discounted clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Shipping Costs:

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective or incorrect.

2. Refunds

5. Exchanges

Same Product (Different Size/Variant): Return the original item first, then place a new order for the replacement.

Different Product: Return the original product and place a new order for the desired item.
6. Shipping Charges

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless we shipped the wrong or defective item.
