At Femprimal, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a straightforward process for returns, exchanges, and refunds. Please read the following policy carefully to ensure a smooth experience.


1. Returns and Exchanges

Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received.

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

  • Products must be in original packaging with all labels and accessories included.

  • Items marked as final sale, custom products, or discounted clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Request a Return/Exchange:

  • Contact us at support@femprimal.com with your order number and reason for the return or exchange.

  • Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, especially for orders over $75.


2. Refunds

Eligibility:

  • Refunds are only issued for items that meet the return conditions above.

  • Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

  • Please allow 10–14 business days for refunds to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

Partial Refunds:

  • Items returned damaged, missing parts, or showing signs of use may only qualify for a partial refund.


3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us at support@femprimal.com within 7 days of delivery.

  • Please include photos of the damage/defect.

  • Once confirmed, we will provide a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.


4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Final sale products.

  • Gift cards are non-refundable.


5. Exchanges

  • Same Product (Different Size/Variant): Return the original item first, then place a new order for the replacement.

  • Different Product: Return the original product and place a new order for the desired item.


6. Shipping Charges

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless we shipped the wrong or defective item.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of damaged/defective products.
