Our Story
Before I tell you why this brand exists, I want you to know who's behind it. I'm a woman in my 30s, a daughter, a friend, and someone who spent years quietly struggling with the exact things I now hear from thousands of women in our community every week. I'm not a doctor. I'm not a celebrity. I'm just a woman who got tired of feeling tired — and decided to do something about it.
This is my story. It might sound a little like yours.
I spent three years feeling like a stranger in my own body.
It started quietly, the way these things always do. I was tired in a way sleep couldn't fix. My cycles felt off. My mood swung in directions I didn't recognize. My drive — for work, for intimacy, for the things I used to love — just… dimmed. I kept telling myself it was stress. A phase. Something I'd bounce back from.
I didn't bounce back.
So I did what most women do. I walked into the vitamin aisle and started reading labels. Then I ordered from the pretty Instagram brands. Then the "clinical-grade" ones my friends swore by. Adaptogens. Greens powders. Collagen. Multivitamins with names I couldn't pronounce. Little glass bottles that promised balance, energy, radiance — words that started to feel like a language I'd stopped speaking.
Some helped a little. Most did nothing. All of them left me with the same quiet question at the bottom of every empty jar:
Why does everything feel like it's missing something?
The night everything changed
I remember the exact moment things shifted. I was scrolling at 1 a.m., exhausted but wired, and I fell down a rabbit hole about what our great-grandmothers actually ate. Not the sanitized version. The real one.
Liver. Heart. Kidney. Organs.
The parts of the animal we've quietly stopped eating in the last two generations — the parts our grandmothers fed their daughters after childbirth, during their cycles, when they were run down. The parts that traditional cultures considered sacred for women's vitality.
I learned that a single serving of grass-fed liver contains more bioavailable nutrients than almost anything else on earth. That the organs of an animal carry a nutrient density no lab-made multivitamin has ever come close to replicating. That for most of human history, women didn't take twelve supplements — they ate the foods our bodies were built to recognize.
And somewhere along the way, we forgot.
What I set out to build
I tried it. Not a capsule at first — the actual food, from a local farm. Within weeks, something inside me started to come back online. Slowly. Quietly. But unmistakably.
The problem was obvious: nobody wants to cook liver on a Tuesday night.
That's where FEMPRIMAL was born.
Not as another supplement. As a way back. Six organs — liver, heart, kidney, pancreas, bovine ovary, and uterus — freeze-dried at low temperatures to preserve everything nature put in them, then packed into capsules you can take with your morning coffee. Sourced from cattle raised the way cattle are supposed to be raised: on grass, on pasture, the way our great-grandmothers would have recognized.
3,000mg per serving. Six organs. One label that hides nothing.
Why I do this every day
I built FEMPRIMAL for the woman I was three years ago. The one holding a jar of something expensive and wondering why she still felt so empty. The one who was tired of "wellness" that felt like marketing.
Every batch is third-party tested for heavy metals and microbials. Every ingredient is on the label — no proprietary blends, no hiding behind buzzwords. Every subscription can be paused, changed, or canceled by you, whenever you want, in two clicks.
Because I'm not here to sell you a story. I'm here to give you back something that was quietly taken from all of us — the foods that fed women's bodies for thousands of years, in a form that fits the life you actually live.
If you've tried everything and you're still asking that quiet question at the bottom of the jar, I see you.
I built this for you.
With love,
Rachel
